We live in a world where everyone is anxious, angry, and deeply distracted. Every single day, millions of people open apps on their smartphones like X (formerly Twitter), TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. They use these platforms to complain. They talk about corrupt politicians, bad laws, rising prices, and the moral decay of society. They believe that by posting about these problems, they are fighting back. They think they are the resistance. But they are completely blind to a massive contradiction: the digital prison they live inside was built by their own hands, paid for with their own money, and kept alive by their own daily attention.
