The concert lights, the emotional worship, the Jesus-centered devotion that fills arenas and streaming platforms — something beneath the surface of it all does not line up with the New Testament. My heart is burdened not with anger toward the people caught in it, but with a shepherd's grief for souls who are sincere, devoted, and yet building on a foundation that the Bible itself warns us about. This book is not an attack on anyone. It is a diagnosis — written from Scripture alone, for those who love God enough to let His Word have the final word. The spirit of antichrist is not what most believers think it is. We have been conditioned to look for it in politics, in world leaders, in obvious enemies of the faith. But the Apostle John did not locate it there. He located it inside the congregation.
